I found the guy that did my return to be a little much for me. He was very in your face and asked lots of questions about my financial background. I also heard him giving specific financial advice to the customer before me which is a no no unless you are an authorised financial advisor. Also the previous year my return was delayed by a month, I was in the US and spent considerable time and energy chasing up. I was told by the receptionist that it was because of problems with the ATO, however I found that I had to do a lot of the following up even though I had paid H&R Block to act on my behalf.
