One of the dozens of cafes wedged into tiny Centre Place. It caught my eye because I wanted seafood, I stopped for lunch, and I’m glad I did. Its tiny, and has only a few low square stools, but staff were friendly and food very good. I had calamari(and they asked me if I wanted it grilled or battered and fried), chips(they asked if I wanted chicken salt), and salad(choice of four types). The squid was cooked perfectly — I could cut it with the edge of my fork. All that, and very filling, for $ 12. And they’re licensed, if you want a beer. I noticed they were closed on Sunday when went through.
