I was very interested when I walked past this place, watching them make what looked to be huge pancakes with eggs & spices, I looked at the menu a few times & was not quite sure what was happening. I then had one of the lovely staff notice my confusion & explain how it all worked & suggest her top three.
They make the wrap on a circle hot plate, add an egg & fresh herbs while you pick the salad you want. I picked the peaking duck & wow I am happy I did. The flavours were sensational & it was just something really different, I am also a sucker for anything with hoisen sauce. Roughly $ 10 a wrap, very fresh & tasty.
