My expectations for hogs breath are rather high, this is due to the fact that I have been to the watergardens one and have nothing but love for the service and food there. The highpoint hogs breath however, let me down from about 45 minutes in, when our food arrived.(Not a bad amount of time considering). I ordered traditional cut of steak, they gave me «lite» steak. My girlfriend informs me that the fish in her fish and chips tasted like it had freezer burn. For the price, I expect much better than what we received. Customer service was a redeeming factor. Also, upon informing the manager about my steak, he reduced the price of the order by 25% and issued a loyalty card to decrease the cost in future, I informed him that I know it’s an easy mistake to make, and things ended on a not so bad note. Again, I’d like to state that the attitudes of all staff were exceptional, the only exception being their mascot interrupting people while they were eating. All in all, a good experience.

One of the waitresses’ was great. The guy who first took me to my table sucked. He took me to this dark table so I asked for a booth and he looked pretty mad and look annoyed. $ 30 for a steak is stupid because they’re so small. Pretty shit place.

The service was really good and the drink selection was great. But if your looking for a nicely cooked flavour bursting steak this is not the place. I order a steak medium rare with mushroom sauce and mash potatoes with veggies. Steak was dry sauce was so thick I could barley consider it a sauce and the potatoes were barley mashed. To be fair my friends did get the starters and they did look and taste good. If you are to come here I recommend for starters and drinks not so much the steaks.

Just go the lunch-time specials(rather than get things from the normal menu) — cheaper food for the same price. Decent service, decent serving sizes. No complaints.

Broke the cardinal rule — never eat at a place that displays pictures of its food. Was looking for somewhere other than the food court and so thought I would try this place out. Sat outside — big mistake — smokers all around, not just from the restaurant but people who had exited the mall for a ciggie. Staff were very nice and attentive but they really could not compensate for the very average food. Had a chicken burger. Looked dry and overcooked but tasted ok. Very, very average and will remind myself not to be in places that have to have photos of their food to remind customers and staff what they actually serve.
