Have been to this particular Grill’d a few times with mixed feelings. Love the food that Grill’d do. Its nice, fresh and healthy. My fav is the ‘Simon Says’ chicken burger. As in regards to the staff, we had an outing here once where the manager was away and the staff decided to play up and eat ice cream behind the counter while making our food. Today was my first day back there. To me, it looks like there is a complete change in staff and management. Todays experience was how it should be. Only 3 stars but if the service keeps improving, it will be more like 5!

Yesterday, upon waking up, I had a massive craving for a burger. And not just any burger; I really wanted to stuff my face in a nice, big, juicy burger(the ones with everything in it). So I jumped on FB to announce my craving(as you do) and someone immediately suggested«Grill’d». “Ok” I thought and off I went to Grill’d in HighPoint. Unlike my other reviews, I’ll keep this one short by saying my craving was disappointingly satisfied. I ordered the«Mighty Melbourne’ because, supposedly, it is the«biggest burger in Melbourne» or so I was told by the girl serving me. But the«biggest burger in Melbourne» turns out to be not so big at all. In fact, it was smaller than the burger with the lot I got from my local fish & chip shop just last week. To be fair, the«Mighty Melbourne» was a nice burger; not the best, just nice. However, for thirteen fiddy, I think it was way over price considering the burger with the lot at my local only cost seven fiddy! Oh well. Grill’d is like the girl you took out once, had fun but don’t think it would work out henceforth.
