Great place for a bite or breakfast. Good sized meals at great prices. They occasionally forget which order belongs to who, but always get it right in the end. We ordered 3 meals and 3 drinks $ 39 dollars total. Thats $ 13 each big meal and drink! Prompt service and quick with bringing out the meals. Pet friendly and easy access. Will definitely go back there again.

Simple but tasty food and its both kid and dog friendly!
The seating for tomato lake café extends outside into the park where there is a lake, a playground for the kids, plenty of room for a picnic blanket and you can bring the dog along too.
For a small little café they have a pretty big menu with all day breakfast, burgers, fish and chips and loads more. The meals were good with big portions and very reasonably priced. The coffee was pretty good too.
Tables do fill up quickly especially on a sunny Sunday, but there is plenty of room in the park to enjoy some time out with the family.

Lovely spot for a relaxed breakfast when the weather is fine. The breakfast is one of the cheapest I’ve seen. It’s delicious but if you’ve got gourmet tastes ie. put your nose up at square loaf bread then it isn’t for you. All the breakfasts are less than $ 10, even the big Breakfast. Pancakes are $ 7, coffee is $ 3.50 to get an idea. You really just don’t see these kind of prices anymore! I’ll be back

Located next to the playground at Tomato Lake reserve the café is more like a small kiosk. Kids and dog friendly, outdoor with great views of the lake.
Food they offer is nothing overly impressive but the cooked breakfast looks yummy and cheap, seems really popular with locals, can’t wait to try one day. I often have a coffee while my daughter plays on the playground. They also have fish and chips, burgers, toasties, sandwiches, muffins, ice cream…
Overall, is an amazing spot, great views, food looks fresh, good coffe and is reasonably cheap. Cash only!
