Dessert Story

They’ve changed the menu and now this place is, surprisingly, even WORSE than it was before. Not only do you have to put up with the poor quality service and bland tasting food, but now they’ve changed the menu — removing about a third of the desserts and about two-​thirds of the drinks.
Want a bubble tea? Don’t come to Dessert Story! They don’t do green/​red teas anymore at all. Only over-​priced, non-​traditional «smoothies» or nonsense milk teas. No barley or Horlicks either.
The only thing going for Dessert Story was its unique and wide-​variety menu — and now it does not. There’s no point coming here any more, and I sure won’t be again.

This is the most comfortable dessert story I’ve ever been to. The setting is definitely not as hectic as other dessert story and the crowd isn’t that crazy. However, this is the slowest dessert story I’ve ever been to. The food takes about 45 mins to come out and they only hire 2 staff members. Unlike other dessert story that usually fast and got at least 5 staff members. I can literally drive to city and get exact same food faster than waiting here. The staffs are obviously polite but I think the franchise owner needs to hire more people!
