Pretty OK. Great place to people-watch in Chinatown without paying exhorbitant yum cha prices. A bit dive-y with bogan clientele to match.

I stopped in for a quick drink with friends before dinner, I thought the $ 9 for a glass of wine was a bit steep, but then enjoyed a Corona for $ 5, a special they had between 4 and 6.

If you’re looking for a top night with friends drinking cold beer and singing your heart out, you should stop by Covent Garden Hotel. Located in the heart of Chinatown, it’s a pub that caters to all kinds of people from all over the world. Locals come here to enjoy a quick beer or wine while waiting for a yum cha table. Karaōke nights are extremely popular with songs like Quando, Quando, Quando being belted out with regular frequency. A great place to have fun and relax and maybe even go up on stage to release the singer in you. Its not glamourous. Not at all, but that is really what makes it special. Highly recommended!
