I went to both the Glebe location and Darlinghurst location. Darlinghurst’s studio is much nicer, however the Glebe studio is nice and cozy as well. If you prefer a studio where everyone seems to know each other, Preshana Yoga is the place for you. It makes for a personable experience and it also gives you a chance to try a more difficult level of yoga if the instructor sees the class fit.
I have to compliment the yoga instructors here because they’re all pretty good and teach at about the same level. One of my favorites was Vicki Smart, although from my most recent knowledge she has since left the studio. Great studio for beginners through advanced.
