Happy Herb in fitzroy is a really cool store. The staff member here that served me was really nice and friendly. I wondered around the shop looking at all the items they had whilst smelling a nice incense. Very relaxing and nice chilled music. I made a few purchases in here as I was blow away by some of the stuff they stock. They had some beautiful tapestries here, lovely colors. I also got some of the incense from the smell i had in that shop. Although I’m not massive on incense all the time, Its nice when cleaning the house to light one up to put a fresh new smell in the house. The have lots of herbal things as well, I got a few recommendations on things to try and so far have been happy with the purchases. :) However I seem to be turning into a big hippie these days, so you may just see a few more check in’s at this place from me

Going into Happy Herbs always makes me giggle. I like it for its range of incense, for its tea blends and because it sells these awesome little red bull alternatives(I don’t know about you, but I find caffeine tablets weird me out, and Red Bull tastes like *insert bodily fluid analogy*). I acknowledge it for what it is — a hippy shop full of nice smells that dabbles a little bit in herbal medicine. Not a cool/legal way to get high. So it makes me laugh to see the 30 something men sneaking in for their«speed alternative» in the locked over-18s cabinet. I guess it’s good for the thrill, but calm down everyone. Service is helpful, prices are nice.

I love Happy Herbs, just like a really hippy doesn’t pretend to be anything else that what it is. A wonderful shop for alternative drug use, they’re not just there to provide something else for your night. They’re totally funky and cool and the service is chill and friendly. I found out about Happy Herbs after an ex-housemate bought home some Damiana herb which put me to sleep like a newborn babe in pillow clouds of dreams.

The idea of Happy High Herbs is much more appealing than the place itself. They sell all kinds of herbal uppers, downers, and side-to-siders. A friend of mine took the(very legal) herbal ecstasy from Happy High Herbs at a music festival and she said it increased her heart rate, but made her feel strangely sedated and was not a very pleasant experience in general. The same hippy friend bought a herb from Happy High Herbs that apparently gives you vivid and bizarre dreams when you smoke it. But she said that didn’t seem to work either. Apart from selling herbal drugs, Happy High Herbs also sells all kinds of general hippy paraphernalia, like ying-yang stickers, psychedelic prints, incense, and books on environmentalism and new-age spirituality.

Ahh Happy Herbs. A party favourite and a safe way to enjoy something a tad more than the effects of drinking too many ciders. Located on pub-sprawled Smith Street, Happy Herbs provides a natural way to take your night just a little bit further. The herbs in the materials here give off the euphoric state of mind but only by using that of natural resources. The shop is über-cool, smells similar to incense and happy to Unilocal that the customer service here is great. There’s always a friendly hippie in the shop who is well informed on how to get you the best night out(depending on what kind of night out that is). There’s something for dancing, something for chilling out, something for everything really! Take a look in, it’s a pleasant surprise at the more cost effective way to enjoy a night out!
