Pickering Smash Repairs

Would recommend. I had insurance repairs done on my Audi here after a neighbour reversed into my car, it took some time to get the car in (proof of a good repairer) After the job was done I had an issue with the work however any issues I had were quickly remedied and the service continuity was to be commended. Have used them before also and would use them again. Cheers

I was recently on the receiving end of a truck and needed smash repairs. When I approached PSR, I was given useful advice and a prompt, detailed quote.
I decided to use them, but to be honest, expected the usual run around, slack service, unexpected delays etc that I seem to get from so many other places. Totally wrong!
These guys were ready to go the moment I dropped my car off. They have good clear systems and didn’t just manage to keep to schedule, they actually finished early (what the? That never happens!!). The job that they did was great; it was a nice extra touch that my truly filthy car was given a bit of a spruce up and clean.
Could not recommend them highly enough. I know that an earlier reviewer didn’t love their service, but I’m just wishing I could see service like this in more places!

Pickering Smash Repairs can best be described as a mixed bag. The repair work they do seems to be good, but the service is patchy at best.
I’d recommend asking to see previous work and getting comparable quotes if you are looking at using them, also make sure you stick to your guns and bring up any issues as soon as you see them (not after you leave).
