There is a time and place for the little hole-​in-​the-​wall speciality coffee place that serves exactly two styles of coffee – especially if that happens to be your preferred style of coffee. But there is also a time and a place for nice, relaxing outdoor seating, a variety of beverages and sweets to fit your mood, and consistent quality. This is why I am writing about The Coffee Club.
Half a block from my work, it’s nice to have a Jasmine green tea or a flat white or a chai latte and know that it will be consistently good. While none of these beverages have been out of this world amazing, on a Wednesday at noon I’m not fussed.
The carrot cake was sweet, moist, and flavorful. It has been more consistent and tasted better than a more favored eatery in Leederville, who shall remain unnamed.
Good tea, nice seating, and reliable consistency. Sometimes that’s just what you need for your midday break.

This establishment appears relatively new. Great décor, young polite local staff.
Order was taken with ease and coffee tasted very nice. Can’t comment on meals yet.
