I have called up a few times, yes sometimes they don’t pick up the phone, I leave a message but no one gets back to me. But the clinician that I saw (would not disclose the name) at QV was quite good. I didn’t need to pay a deposit to make an appointment though. I make appointments via the phone. So far so good.

I do not recommend this «service». I expect much more from a clinic that requires a $ 100 deposit be made just to make an appointment.
Reception staff didn’t process my medicare refund properly meaning I ended up broke and will have to wait 10 business days to receive it via cheque rather than bank deposit, which is how it was meant to be refunded back to me as advised to me by staff twice.
I won’t be going back but will definitely be calling to request my deposit back, which as far as I know was meant to be refunded after my first appointment.
Looks like it’s back to square one of finding a new psychiatrist…
