super helpful manager (unfortunately i don’t recall her name) and nice staff. after getting shafted by the optus kiosk at the airport (they gave me someone else’s sim card and it expired after a couple of days), the woman running this store went out of her way to help me with the situation. i am grateful. i never did meet them as we tried to diagnose the situation over a few phone calls.
