If you live on the lower North Shore, you’ll need to know about this chemist. It’s open till 10pm, 365 days a year! And when it comes to snotty colds, whinging children or run down parents, that knowledge is just priceless.
The Day-​Night chemist is on Willoughby road, just as it narrows down to the one lane wind through the Crows Nest shopping/​restaurant scene. They look mercifully well stocked, and walking in around 7:30pm on a Friday night, the staff were both bright and attentive. They’re quick to lead you to your desired curative and on your way out there’s a Darrel Lee stand if a spoonful of sugar is needed to help the medicine go down.
