more of a take away place than a sit in restaurant… although it has some tables and chairs
this hidden gem, has been there for 5 years and I didn’t even know about it until last week, OMG I wish I had known earlier… It’s in a position I wouldn’t normally take notice of, ie it’s on the way to north sydney and not on the willoughby road main strip…
I got the pulled pork platter, and the beef brisket platter :) so much flavour, I’m glad I rang up to pick up… it was about 30 mins (from riniging up to order ready) which was just about the right time for me to get there and go around the block to get parking from my house to the shop front.
definitely recommend, as a few friends have been posting yummy smoked food photos and I was ready for some smoked meat, perfect timing for a new discovery.

I went there for the first time the other day. Great tasting wings and the pulled pork sandwich needs some work. Stale to boring bun with flavourless gherkins and limp coleslaw. Plus needed more juiciness and BBQ sauce to make it more appealing.
