Gypsiana is Bohemia at its best, with brightly coloured floral prints and intricate designs on everything from crockery, to carpets, linen, jewellery and more. This store is an explosion of joy and when walking in you feel transported to exotic locations from brightly coloured textiles from Mongolia, soft yarn from Nepal and adorable trinkets from Mexico.
This eclectic and wonderful shop also has a diverse price range suited to every type of budget and sells things like quirky little necklaces made from recycled pieces of plates and tiles embellished with fabric and beads, tiny soft booties for babies, pretty colourful aprons — the perfect gift, large colourful cushions, welcoming and colourful door mats and much much more. Be sure to visit Gypsiana it will definitely brighten up your day!

Well thats a lot of flowers. The floral prints shout at you as you walk past this shop, almost to the point where you are so frightened of the petals that you go i for a look. I’m not sure if this is the genre of shop that they are aiming for because I can’t see any other reason or rhyme to what is sold (except that they are all so pretty). They have just released a baby line which is so cute I wish I knew more people with babies.

Gypsiana has got to be one of the most colourful places I have ever seen. Walking into it is like stepping into the lurid dream of a psychedelic rainbow elf. Or something like that. It’s just so amazingly bright. Showcasing the designs of Anna Chandler, every surface in Gypsiana is covered with assorted homewares all featuring bold, floral designs in vivid jewel-​like colours. Although some of the items on sale are lovely, when hundreds of them surround you from every side the effect is slightly overwhelming, a little like eating an entire packet of jelly beans in one go. That said, taken in moderation the designs are beautifully colourful, and a well-​placed tea towel or cushion from Gypsiana would add a lovely splash of colour to a home. Gypsiana’s aesthetic is whimsical and bohemian — one wall is taken over by twisted tree branches hung with hippyish, beaded jewellery — and it makes for a pleasant wander round of an afternoon. Ideal if you’re looking for something to brighten up a room or for a girly gift, but even if you’re not buying anything just stepping inside will lift your spirits.
