Last year, I took yoga classes at Sinosic Perosh Martial Arts. The centre is bigger than you would expect from the outside(in fact, it took me a couple of years to even realize it was there). The teachers are exceptional, and offer helpful, one-on-one, personal assistance. My yoga instructor was Sari Redzeposki(qualified in Ki Yoga), and she was great. Her method of teaching was informative and calming, and she never made me feel embarrassed when I looked like a complete goof trying to position my body correctly. I always took the Saturday class, and it was quite busy, but not uncomfortable. Perhaps a midweek class would be quieter, if that is what you’re looking for. Sinosic Perosh Martial Arts also offer training in MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing and kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. While I haven’t taken any of these classes, I’ve heard only good things from those who have. Yoga Times: Monday: 6pm– 6.50pm Wednesday: 6pm– 6.50pm Saturday: 8.45am– 9.45am
