Alannah Hill truly is the pride and joy of Australian fashion. I’d even go as far as to say she’s the best we’ve got and I am very happy she’s opened her own stores (I don’t think they’ve been around for all that long).
I was first drawn to the store by it’s wonderful window display. In typical Alannah Hill fashion, pun intended, there is a variety of über feminine attire to be purchased inside for a heavy price. Definitely something I cannot afford just yet, but nothing wrong with a little browsing which has become my middle name since I went back to uni…

I realise it’s kind of strange for a guy to comment on a women’s clothing store but I find this designer-​ware so utterly delightful I couldn’t resist. Everything in here is pretty and beautifully designed, it just makes me smile when I’m perusing with my lady friends. I think the frocks are fairly pricey, but there are sales often and that’s when you get in there and rip those racks apart. Lots of sweet accessories too which make for great gifts.
