Rude wait staff! Never coming back. My partner and I waited at the front of the café for 5 mins without being acknowledged. When we found our own seat, waiter slapped down menus without a word and walked off. We sat there for a least ten minutes while other people that came after us were seated and had their orders taken. Poorly run and need a crash course in customer service. Terrible. We walked out.

At first sights my partner and I were excited to be able to sit down outside on a lovely day. There wasn’t many seats so we patiently waited off to the side. It was a little disappointing that no one acknowledged us. After 5 minutes we were able to get a seat and the waiter put 2 menus in front of us, still no word or acknowledgement.
After looking at the menu, which in fairness looks very good, we were ready to order when another 2 people sat next to us. Another 10 minutes passed and we were yet to order a coffee, let alone our food. The 2 people next to us got served and again we weren’t acknowledged. After a couple more minutes we got up and left. We will never return… customer service is so important and can often prevent reviews such as this one.

Seriously good coffee. And amazingly consistent. Both (male) baristas make great coffee (haven’t tried the female barista yet). Good café atmosphere, good service. Food is a little bit of a let down (have tried both their breakfast and their takeaway sandwiches). But it’s really the coffee that I come for, so am not too fussed. One of the better coffee places in Chatswood. Well worth giving them a go next time you’re in the area!

The best breakfast in Chatswood. The coffee is pretty good, the service is fast, the bacon is delicious! And it’s not too noisy — despite being in the heart of Chatswoood.
The prices are also pretty reasonable, considering the serving size and quality.

There are numerous places to get a takeaway coffee in Chatswood, but we had this place recommended to us and I have to say — they do a great coffee.
They stock the popular Campos beans and the staff are friendly. I have been here about 6 times now and the coffee is always consistently good. It has now become my regular coffee shop in Chatswood.
