I did not like this place.
Haha. Sorry for the blatant review but it just wasn’t worth it.
While the person who washed my hair was really nice and did a great job washing my hair, the hairdresser was downright horrible. She adopted a very «I will do my job and lets just sit in near silence» stance and it was a very awkward 30 minutes. I probably would have been content if the haircut was done well but it wasn’t.
(I think part of my bad experience had to do with the language barrier but regardless it shouldn’t matter…)

There’s just something about not understanding what your hairdressers are saying to each other that makes you a bit nervous. But don’t let that put you off, the glam ladies in this Korean hair salon know how to cut hair!
I walked in on a Saturday morning with no appointment but pleased to be immediately seated at a basin for a wash. The seat for the hair washing basin wasn’t very comfortable and my core was definitely working hard to keep me from sliding off (all that Pilates finally comes in handy!) but the lady washing my hair have it a thorough clean.
I loved that they understood my hair which so many underestimate. They saw my natural wave and knew to only lightly layer it to help manage the poofiness. Great results from the blow wave too.
It’s super busy (for a reason!) and a bit crowded in here but worth it for the good hair care and bargain prices.
