This place is fantastic! The food is delicious. I would really recommend trying the whole barramundi fish it was so yummy.
The chicken satay sticks were also delicious and the service was very friendly too.
I didn’t get to fit in the fried ice cream but friends rave about it!

Canley Vale is such a great place to enjoy fantastic food in funky restaurants out in the burbs. Sitney is one of the newest and I think one of its best.
Food, service and ambience were all excellent!
My top picks were the soft shell crab papaya salad, roasted duck curry and the chicken skewers. I know chicken skewers are nothing to normally rave about but these were the best I have ever had.
Come and try this place I promise you won’t regret it!

I love the décor of this place. It’s modern and the vehicle in front of the restaurant makes the place real authentic. The service is friendly and mostly efficient, which is always pleasing!
Now onto the food. Oh yes oh yes oh yes. Silence was all you heard because everyone was busy eating. The occasional moan and «this is good» is how I’d describe the atmosphere. They could do no wrong.
Deep fried papaya salad — I’ve had a lot of thai food before (in Thailand too) and I have never come across such dish. It was a true stroke of genius because this was just unbelievable. So incredible how the flavours worked and how crispy the papaya was. 10 stars out of 5!
The ox tongue was so tender and perfectly cooked — this is an absolute must.
The crispy barramundi with mango salad was excellent too — fish was perfectly cooked, presentation was on par and the salad was well dressed.
Let me hear you say pad thai! Cause this place serves some of the best you’ll eat. The noodles were extremely well fried and the taste was of course amazing.
The duck curry!!! There was pineapple and lychees in it with a strong coconut flavour. A perfect thai curry and the duck was well cooked too.
There’s a perfect balance of spices in the lao sausages as well!
Only dishes that was not of the high standard as the others was the pineapple fried rice — it was a tiny bit soggy and not as good as some I’ve had. The fried ice cream also wasn’t good — it did not have that crispy outside and was way too oily.
Either way, I’m definitely coming back again! Love, love and love!

Went there for lunch and ordered grilled chicken with sticky rice and thai salad plus a free drink since it was a special deal.
Chicken was tasty and sticky rice was quality you would expect. The dish is the equivalent of a nice homemade thai meal. The salad on the other foundwas very chilli for my taste so for those who don’t like any heat make sure you order mild salad instead of hot.
With regards to ambience and service, the waiter was attentive and helpful and furnishing and environment was nice, comfortable and very open.
