This is my favourite local café and I visit often. I like the way the staff greet each customer on arrival and make you feel welcome. The coffees seem fine to me, although I am no expert, and there are always newspapers and magazines to read on the counter whenever I go. The zucchini fritter is my favourite meal, but the wraps are good, there is a great breakfast menu and they have recently started serving evening meals Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Their grilled salmon was excellent. There is a good wine list and attractive outdoor settings. Harvest Blend has recently upgraded it’s décor and is becoming increasingly popular with the locals throughout the day. Weekend brunches are particularly well attended. Highly recommended.

Great for coffee and breakfast. Loved the poached eggs and the fresh orange juice. A nice atmosphere and friendly service.

15 minute take away, least the coffee was at room temperature. The service was pretty bad and there was no reading materials.

Alright, I’ve payed them another visit and I am not impressed. Harvest Blend looks like a place that knows how to make coffee. They have a big blackboard bragging about all the different brews they have on offer. I have to say, it looks impressive. You walk in the front door and they look professional. They give you the options of espresso, cold drip, filter, all of it! Now, no. Nope, bad. Terrible. Can’t even coffee. Every coffee that I have ever had here has been terrible. Tasted like they’ve ground 6 month old coffee to dust and chucked it in a dirty machine. I just wish they knew how to make a good cup. Judged a book by its cover. Thought it would be good and nope. You could honestly make better coffee out of supermarket home brand instant coffee. There are a few decent meals on the menu though. The food is unfortunately not good enough to redeem the café. I had a toast their today that cost be almost $ 10. It looked like the last two slices on the loaf before the crust with a slice of ham and slither of cheese. Over-priced out of ten. I’m usually not the one to write a review like this but my day was ruined after giving Harvest Blend another chance it didn’t deserve.

Another one of my locals for coffee — I find the coffee tasty despite my co-workers preferring Santucci’s had had the wraps and chicken burger here and they’ve been decent — not to mention the banana bread as a healthy(fat bastard) lunch option! :) (NB: Healthy meaning contains fruit)
