Melba’s is an organic/​health foods shop and sorta kinda café. It is close to my house so the convenience is nice but I find I am rarely tempted to go here. The prices are high, as expected but the options and quality for the price doesn’t make me a repeat costumer. I also really wish they sold unfiltered apple cider vinegar cos I go through that stuff like crazy and usually go all the way to Fitzroy where I know where to find it.
I do like the lil deli case they have which has some ready-​made pretty tasty goodies like calzones for cheap.
They also serve coffee here and although I haven’t tried it, I have a feeling it’s better than most of the other cafes on Grantham St. There is a cute lil seating area outside for nice days.
