I rented a property from these scumbags for 6 years never hearing from them when I needed something. At the end of the lease they basically do anything to take your bond! The property managers get commission when they get bond out of the tenants and try any trick in the book. I had to take them to VCAT and they refused to tell me what they wanted to claim so you come unprepared. They sent another copy of the VCAT lodgement receipt via registered post then at VCAT they claimed it was a copy of the quote of repairs and provide the post receipt. They deliberately did this so I didn’t know what was being claimed so I couldn’t get another quote only their bogus high price quote. They claimed carpet stains in all rooms but their photo’s only showed close ups of the stains not evidence that there were stains in all the rooms. By not letting me know what they wanted I couldn’t bring anything else as evidence and the Member ruled in their favor.
Don’t ever use these scumbags you’ll get scammed!
