For the past 4 yrs I’ve been a regular customer. Love the lychee green tea and wintermelon tea. They also sell smoothies and juices. As a bonus, drink prices are very reasonable.
The owner is friendly and I sometimes have a lovely chat with her if business is a bit quiet. One of the staff members could try smiling once in a while. It gets very busy on weekends as can be expected so considerable patience is necessary.

My first ever milk tea was from this place. Whenever we were at Sunnybank Plaza, my mum would always come here to get milk tea. I use to love sharing it with her. It’s cool to see that this place is still in business after so many years! :)
I forgot how good the drinks are here! The drinks are pretty cheap too! It’s about $ 3 – 4. This place is the cheapest of all of the milk tea places in Sunnybank Plaza.
I’ve gotten the strawberry milk tea and the honeydew milk tea. Both were so flavourful! They weren’t too sweet as well.
Whenever I want milk tea and don’t feel like spending $ 5 – 6 on a drink, I know I can count on this place on serving me some good milk tea for a good price!
