Beautiful place with an amazing view of the beach. Check-in at the front desk is required with your driver’s license or passport. I had to knock off one star because we ordered some appetizers and drinks, paid for those at the bar but they didn’t notify us that they didn’t have anymore wings until after waiting about 20 minutes for our food. A Belini, which is Prosecco and a shot of peach syrup, is the perfect bubbly for a late Sunday afternoon. Would recommend and we will back to enjoy the view sometime soon :)

If your in Bondi, this is a lovely spot it is an order itself then pick up for lunch and with tables outside on the patio a couple stories up with just impeccable views of Bondi Beach, which why your there, right? And tasty food too! I mean how bad is this??? Parking can be a challenge so be prepared to walk, and it’s really worth it!

Went here for breakfast on a Sunday, got a gigantic bacon and egg roll for really cheap like $ 10. Friendly service. Definitely recommend.

Nice slice of history and very fabulous views. On the south end of Bondi Beach the club upstairs is a nice way to take in the local activity around the beach

I can tell you that the Bondi Icebergs Club has an awesome view. But you really have to see it for yourself. Three friends and I came in for a late lunch at around 3 and the place was pretty empty(not that I’m complaining because that just means we got our pick of front row seats!) But then again, 3 is a weird time for lunch. I blame jet lag. That and we were trying to get our tan on at the beach beforehand. Before you go in, you have to sign in with some form of ID at the front desk. Even if you’re not planning on using the pool, which unfortunately we did not get a chance to check out. We were on a tight schedule so we only had time for a quick bite. You order at the counter, they give you a buzzer, and when it goes off, you pick your food up at the counter. I decided to go with the steak sandwich. Can’t go wrong with that, right? WRONG! The steak had a lot of fatty chunks and veins. It was also greasy and bland. So if I were to base my review just off the food, it would probably be 2 stars. Drinks are actually pretty cheap(wines start at $ 5.50, and I think maybe $ 6 or $ 7 for a beer?) I would have thought it would be more expensive, being that it’s a club and given its location. You should deffo stop by if you’re in Bondi. It’s probably about a 5 minute walk from the beach. Just remember to skip the food and have a drink instead! CHEERS!

This place is all about the view and the ice cold beer on a hot summers day. Overlooking the Bondi sea pool and Bondi Beach, this is the perfect spot to nab a table on the balcony, put your feet up and watch Bondi Rescue unfold on the beach below. The lunch options are pretty good too. I tried both the mussels and the seafood platter for two on the two occasions I visited. I wasn’t disappointed. Prices are probably a bit higher than normal for a surf club but considering the view and when you’re visiting from Perth, anything seems reasonable price wise. A beer under $ 10? Bargain.

I have been here twice, once with my wife and another time for a work function. It was a cold rainy Friday night in March and luckily the bistro was quiet. I ordered the Beef Burger and Chips and my wife had the Steak sandwich. We were given a buzzer for our food and got our beer and wine from the bar area. The fantastic thing about this place is the view, although on this day it was dark already, you can see the surf in the dark. We enjoyed our food, we weren’t expecting too much… it is like any other RSL Bistro. If you want to have some amazing food, book into the dining room upstairs!

I think this place is a bit of hidden gem, the food is great but really you would come here for the view. It is pretty spectacular overlooking Bondi beach, up nice and high, and you can watch the swimmers going across the bay… well enough about the view… This is a great place to take someone who is from out of town, on the day we were here the weather was absolutely perfect, and we sat inside, and as soon as one of the outdoor tables were free we jumped on it! The food is great here, some basic burgers under $ 20, and then some nicer steaks and grilled fish around $ 27. I had the steak sandwich and it was good, nice chips, my friend had the grilled fish and it looked really great. The drinks are pretty reasonably priced too. It would be pretty fair to say this is a bit like if they got an RSL and put it in an amazing location, actually that is exactly what it is, but did I mention the view…

The best location with a killer view and fresh food! I always love to get seafood near the water with an ice cold beer. The view is just priceless and worth the drive to Bondi Beach!

Don’t go on a Saturday. Or Sunday. The view is spectacular, but you won’t be able to see it… they let everyone in to seat themselves, and it’s basically standing room only like a bar. When a table clears, people are already hovering over it like vultures, so you can’t even get yourself seated promptly. Also if you’re eating, people are hovering over you like aforementioned vultures, or standing in front of you blocking the view while hovering at an outdoor table hoping to get the primo deck views. Food is mediocre, overpriced, comes out lukewarm, and takes a long time to come, even given how many people are packed into the space, because a lot of them just languish around drinking after they’re done eating. You have to fetch your own food and get your own drinks at the bar too. You have to bus your own table if you want a clear one. Basically, the staff here do nothing but take the order behind a counter. I have nothing good to say about this place besides the view, and that’s what all 3 of my stars are hinged upon. I assume it’s tolerable during the week or slower times of day, but prepare for it to be like a zoo on weekends.

Great view. Great beers. Do not miss out on the Potato Wedges w/sour cream and chili. Man! I wish we had this combination in America!

Unfortunately when I came here with my mom and her friend there had been a steady week of cold, wet weather. We couldn’t see the ocean because of all the mist and the place was pretty packed so we sat outside. Luckily, they had a covered area, but it was still a little cold. They can’t do anything about the weather, so let’s talk about the food! I apologize for not remembering exactly what we had but I remember loving it… and the macadamia mango cheesecake was wonderful. I got this place confused on Unilocal with the Icebergs Diner and Grill… VERYDIFFERENT! This place is affordable, still very nice and has a great view. Sometime in the summer I’ll be back here. :)

Views don’t come much better than this. Perched right over the southern end of Australia’s most iconic beach, with nothing between you and the water except frameless glass balustrade and fresh sea air. And you don’t even have to dine upstairs in the dining room for front row seats… on the terrace no less. Naturally, this is just as beautiful a place to set up when Mother Nature’s in a bad mood — inside of course. The casaul dining bistro serves up decent club grub. Surf and turf; Thai salt and pepper squid; and a range of gourmet salads will set you back no more than $ 20 to $ 30. I’d simply kick off with the natural oysters ½ doz $ 17.50; closely followed by half a kilo of fresh shark bay prawns with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce $ 30… and wash it all down with a jug or two beer. There’s every summer Sunday arvo sorted right there.

Overlooking Sydney’s famous Bondi Beach, Bondi Icebergs Club is a great inexpensive way to enjoy a drink or a meal with a stunning view, all without breaking the bank. The Club, which features a bar and bistro, has a great balcony overlooking the Icebergs Swimming pool and the beach. Like all clubs you’ll need to sign-in at the door but once you walk down the steps into the club you’ll be blown away by the sea view! This is truly a great spot to sit and while the time away. Grab a seat on the balcony and watch the surfers catching waves or the swimmers below doing laps. The bistro serves up pretty standard pub grub — the Beef Burger is a standout! — and they even do breakfast here for the early risers keen to soak up the view first thing. Icebergs Club is the perfect spot for a nice cold beer on a summer’s day.
