Tiffany Shopping Plaza is not really a modern shopping centre. Its best features to the general public are its location (on top of Bondi Junction station) and the open plan food court. Oh, and then there’s the vista over and towards the bays (Double and Elizabeth).
Oldish in character Tiffany now competes with Eastgate two blocks away. The latter one is just getting an upgrade, so where does that leave this centre?
Heck, the most likely reason you’re reading this is not because you’re on the lookout for an office to lease or apartment to rent, but the food court Tiffany houses. It’s got a variety of ok food outlets, from everyone’s favourite –Macca’s– to lesser favourites. A notable place is one with the questionable name ‘iCreamery’. Why every name these days have to have an ‘i’ in front is a bit beyond me, but this $ 2-​a-​scoop ice cream shop is a nice place to visit on a sunny day in an air conditioned ambience, while enjoying a multi-​million dollar view.
