I visited this place earlier this year while in Sydney(yeah, yeah, I’m slow to the Unilocal review game) but wanted to make sure to let the world know that I FRIGGIN’ LOVETHISPLACE. I wish we had one in Phoenix. I can’t tell you how amazing it is to walk into a restaurant & be able to order ANYTHING on the menu with confidence & ease knowing that I’ll feel great afterward. I went paleo almost 3 years ago due to auto-immune woes & it changed my life. The only down side to that: it makes it almost impossible to dine out & feel well afterward. So dining out in a restaurant is a HUGETREAT for me & this place delivered. I was in heaven. I had multiple dishes, including the salmon & an array of drinks. Everything was fantastic & I would eat here again in a heartbeat. Please keep up the good work & please come to Arizona if given the chance! You guys rock! :)

Arrived just after midday and there were plenty tables available. You order and pay at the bar. For drinks we got their signature iced coffee with espresso with almond & coconut milk, coconut ice cream, honey and cacao nibs. This was amazingly delicious! I love coconut! Plus its good for you too! Win-win situation For lunch i had the Chicken Fajitas and my mate had the Open steak sandwich. I loved my chicken as it came with capsicum, kale and slaw, avocado, tomato salsa and coconut to spread. My friend enjoyed her steak and the sweet potato chips. Overall, most items have a coconut flavour to it, so if you are not a fan of it you probably won’t like it. The smoothie selection and hot chocolate on the menu all sounds delicious so may have to return to sample them!

Visiting Sydney from NY and as a celiac always on the hunt for amazing Gluten Free food. Paleo Café did not disappoint. Delicious yummy food, wonderful customer service and plenty of options to choose from for Breakfast, lunch or on the go! The Mushroom Bruschetta(w/poached eggs) and the Salted Caramel Smoothie was soooo delicious! Please open one up in NYC! ;-)

Such a lovely treat for my food sensitive husband to have so much to choose from. The salads were generous and deliciously filling. The Jaffa hot chocolate had a distinctive orange juice flavour to it which he found odd but I found refreshing. We both agreed the salted caramel hot chocolate was the winner though. I would love to see a branch open over in Auckland where they’ve barely heard of Paleo. Fabulous place, wish we could squeeze in a few more meals here before we have to go home. And the staff are superbly friendly!

What’s all the hype and fuss being made about Paleo this and Paleo that? No better way to discover then to visit the Paleo Café for the answers . Paleo diet involves eating a combination of meats fish, fruits and nuts. What they offer is dairy, gluten & preservative free . The menu looked very appetising and was difficult to come to a selection. I opted to go with the Omelette of the day which was a veal sausage omelette. The serving size was more then generous and looked so clean and organic. You can tell instantly that the eggs are organic and free range they just taste so much better than standard restaurant quality . I also went for hot chocolate as my hot drink option. Not just standard hot chocolate but how about try ginger bread hot chocolate prepared with cacao and coconut milk. Not as sweet as standard hot chocolate but really different and refreshing :) I am planning my return here already to try all the other great options.

As someone who tries to eat Paleo a majority of the time(who am I kidding, I could never fully give up bread and cheese!!) it’s hard to find a place to eat out that has great options that you don’t have to modify(yes, I’ll have the burger, no bun, no cheese and can you do vegetables with no oil and butter on the side) — I’m surprised this place doesn’t have more traffic because everything they offer is top notch. Not only can you take prepackaged meals away from their fridges to eat later, but you can eat delicious 100% paleo meals right there. The bubble and squeak is one of the best ones I’ve had(paleo or not) and their protein shakes are spot on– I haven’t eaten there for lunch but would imagine it’s also fantastic. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a healthy option check this place out, whether you’re paleo or not!

Just a quick stop for coffee. Was very satisfied. Smooth, delicious coffee. Perfect temperature too. :) Also tried the gluten free protein chocolate balls. They too were very yummy! Would like to go back and try out there extensive menu whenever I’m back in Sydney and down that way! :)

The paleo philosophy essentially means adopting a lifestyle of eating a variety of lean meat, seafood, eggs, fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds & berries. The benefits are vast, according the the philosophy: weight loss, healthier skin, teeth, hair and nails, improved sleep, balance energy levels throughout the day, increased results from exercise, stable blood sugar, anti-inflammatory, reduced allergies, improved self confidence & general wellness. Best Part: This café is by far the healthiest option available around the area — Guilt free eating at its best. What we ordered doesn’t look very appetising but it was definitely the right choice for a post workout meal. Filling, tasty and healthy. Love Bangers x
