I like this shop because it really simplifies shopping because as name states, carries only organic stuff. This is the place to buy your dirty dozens, the foods that suck up nasties: apples, capsicum, blueberries, celery, grapes, cucumber, lettuce, nectarines, peaches, potatoes, strawberries and spinach. Often much more rea$onably priced than organics from Coles and Woolworths, and though small, much better selection than you’ll find, even at fancy woolies(Thomas Dux). Across the street is my least favourite of the aboutlife shops(still solid 3.5−4 stars though, losing pt for sacrificing aisle space for carrying more stuff. Staff a bit 2 kool 4 skool for my taste) which has similar range but many are chemical-free, not organic. Service good. Village feel but not granola. Farmer-friendly. Mostly local, I think. Produce always quality. Closest you’ll get to growing it yourself. Doubt anything sold here conflicts with the sort of consumer I’d like to be when I grow up. Great news as emergency food stash of Made in Italy organic tin tomatoes are produced by African slaves.
