Eastern Sushi Bar

«I need sushi!» Actually I always do. Especially in the summer. I have had some bad luck with sushi destinations on this end of town. But alas, I think I have found the best one. Phew! Note: It is always worth exploring!
The sushi here is good, fresh and the rice is not too thick. There are quite a few choices of fillings. The scorched salmon was the best.
They also offer bipimbap and udon noodle soups. I haven’t tried the bipimbap, but it looks good. The udon noodle soup with tempura prawns is really good. Perfect amount of noodles and a really generous serving of four large prawns! The stock was super tasty and not too sweet. I am a big fan of the soup here!
The service is good, and fast. This is a takeaway shop. But there are a couple of tables and chairs you can use.

Fantastic quality sushi !
A wide selection to choose from. Lots of raw fish and veggie sushi rolls. The spicy chicken roll and the ground beef teriyaki roll are just awesome.
After 5pm they have 3 for $ 5 which is affordable and all the rolls are fresh.
This has to be some of the best sushi I have tried in Adelaide and being a sushi addict this is my new go to place for this healthy fix !
