Hills Grooming

We’ve been taking our pooch here for a wash and a groom for months now. They used to be over on Seven Hills Rd but the new location is much nicer and well fitted out. Its conveniently right across the road from the shops so parking is a breeze and you can spend some time in the shops while your furry friend gets a wash and a trim.
I’ve always found them to do a great job and a good sign of how they treat the animals is that my pooch is always happy to go in there and never complains.
Their prices are reasonable too.

We’ve had our Dog Groomed 3 times. The owner is lovely and very polite although the same cannot be said about the staff. I’ve interacted with the same girl the last 2 times and after this last experience I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. Apart from a general lack of customer service and poor attitude, Today I arrived for my appointment at their old location. I spoke to the Staff yesterday when booking my appointment and they failed to mention moving locations. I called to tell them what had happened and that in turn I’d be late. Not once on the phone or in the 5 minutes conversation about what I wanted done for my dog did the Staff address or apologize for the miscommunication or stuff around.
