Planet Cake is simply amazing. If you have Foxtel and Austar, I’m sure you’ve all seen advertisements or watched an episode of the hit show Planet Cake. If you’ve been inspired by the show or have been searching for the ultimate cake decorating course, then Planet Cake in Balmain is the place for you. They offer loads of courses from beginners right through to professionals. There are plenty of categories to choose from too, such as Christmas cake decorating and birthday cake decorating. While the courses would not only provide you will some excellent skills, the experience would be phenomenal.
You will have the opportunity to be taught by the best in the business. After completing the lessons you can then create your own masterpieces at home and save the extra $$ it would cost you to buy a store bought (and not as good) cake! The courses vary in length, you can choose a course that is covered over 2 days, 3 days, 5 days etc. It all depends on your availability and budget. The courses do not come cheap though! For a 5 day beginner course, the cost is just over $ 2000! Unless you have scrimped and saved or have the money, then it will otherwise be very expensive! However, if you love cooking, it is well worth your while and your money!
