Well what can you say about Grilled, I’d say most of you who read my reviews have eaten there at some time, must admit I did arrive at 11.00 am. Service was really quick, I had the «Simply Grilled «with small fries, probably the best one I’ve ever had. Please look at photo. All I can say, maybe, if your hungry and want a early lunch, look at it. Don’t get me wrong, food is always good when you go, but it seemed different going early.

We were greeted with a smile served promptly and found the place to be immaculate and the furniture/​fixtures high end.
It was good to the enthusiastic gals on the grill giving the two blokes on the floor a run for their money.
All that being said the burgers were a let down. I paid $ 13 for a burger, just the burger, and when it came out it looked the part however on closer inspection it had a bulk buy, frozen, processed beef patty smack bang in the middle. For $ 13 you’d expect to at least have real meat between your buns.
If the beef patty was switched out these guys have a real winner.

My partner and I stumbled on this restaurant during a walk after a long day of flying. What a find! I had the «hot chika» and it was amazing! The bun was super soft, the veggies were really fresh, the jalapenos were hot, the chicken was cooked to perfection and all of the flavors combined was a party in my mouth! My partner had a cheeseburger with bacon (Canadian) and it seemed to be good. We split an order of fries and both of us were super stuffed at the end! The service was also wonderful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Outstanding!

If you’ve ever been to Grill’d, you know what the food is like. Same as every other.
It’s a great spot on Racecourse Road, and it’s a nice looking store.
It’s pretty much open air, so don’t expect respite from the heat on a hot summer’s day. One assumes there’s at least some heating in winter though.
I’ve got to be honest, if you’re on Racecourse Road, you probably can do a lot better than going to a burger chain.

We had lunch at Grill’d Ascot today. I’m very glad we did. My wife and I had a burger each and shared a bucket of chips. The service was fast and friendly and we both agreed that our burgers were great — bordering on awesome! We’re pretty impressed because we both love our food. We’ll be going back to Grill’d again. Also impressed that they have a local donation scheme going. For each burger ordered you get a token (ie beer cap) that you can place into one of three buckets. According to the sign, each month $ 500 gets divvied up between the 3 charities or causes based on the number of caps. Great idea. We were impressed.

If you haven’t been to Grill’d…well…you need to go there. They serve great burgers with great chips. Go there. If you’re unsure on what to order — go the «Baa Baa Burger» or the «Simon Says.» They’re both really nice. Depending on when you go they get pretty busy and can get a bit loud, but nothing too annoying. The prices aren’t too bad, a little bit exy but you get what you pay for :) Just go there if you haven’t been… :D

I used to live just near Racecourse Rd (in the bad side of Hamilton — RESPECT!) and going to Grill’d Ascot was a treat for when stuff went right or I just deserved a damn burger that was yummy to the max.
They nailed it with the service in that someone always greeted us and were very friendly in taking our order be it over the phone or in person.
When it comes to the food side of things. because I hear they serve that there. I am pretty adventurous. Actually, I’m not. That was a lie. I am BORING. I always order a Big Queenslander. That’s because they are delicious and I never got a substandard burger from Ascot Grill’d. With this said, my partner would order different things and the verdict was the same as mine. Awe and then some.
Great service and great food and the place looked nice and clean. Can’t ask for much more. Well you could… but that would be silly.
