Benefit Brow Bar

I really wanted to give 3.5 stars — I’m a little torn about this one. I was walking past and enquired about getting my eyebrows done, but as it was late in the afternoon, the staff suggested I come back the next day. They were very accommodating and booked me in at a time of my convenience. The appointments are only 15 minutes so it’s quite easy to squeeze in.
I was seen to immediately upon my return the next day, and the staff member was quite lovely, went through what I wanted and explained the ‘rules of shaping’ to me which I found really quite informative. She did one, asked me for feedback on it and then did the next one. I loved them — she did such a great job and exactly what I asked for. She then applied some touch up makeup and filled in my brows (threw in the obligatory up-​sell, which I bought) and then ran through some more products with me.
All in all, it was a great experience — fast, efficient, and exactly what I’d asked for shape-​wise. The only thing I will say, is $ 33 for just an eye brow wax is a little steep, especially considering the waxing part was done in under 5 minutes! In saying that, I will likely be back!
