Altona RSL is located just behind the main Street (Pier St). The menu is straight forward and gives plenty of variety.
All our meals were delicious and were large serves. I was very happy to see a mixed grill on the menu. This dish is quite rare these days but is a big favourite of mine.
Other members in my party had the Chicken Kiev, Seafood Platter, Steak, and the Roast Duck. Everyone was happy with their meals which at the end of the day, is all you can really ask for.

Located just off the main shopping strip in Altona, the Altona RSL has the usual pub style menu and bar, including a Seniors menu and daily specials. I had the Chicken Parmigiana which was a generous size with chips and salad. My friends had Roast Turkey and a Beef Pie. None of us went home hungry.
Their only coffee was the complementary make-​it– yourself instant kind. Go to one of the main street cafes for a real coffee.
There is a large gaming room (if you like that sort of thing).
