This has to be one of the best Qantas clubs in Australia as they get a couple of perks from being shared with the international flights! The couple of extra food items are really nice: cheese and crackers, hot dishes, and profiteroles. Apart from that, there was only ever been one occasion where I found space limited and struggled to find a seat, something that is challenging in other locations.

The spaciousness of the Adelaide Qantas Club make it just the place to relax far from the scurry and bustle of the busy airport scene! The make your own toasted sandwich was just the thing for lunch and worked well with a cold Pinot Grigio for lunch!

A wide open lounge with the bar on one side of the partition that holds the toilets and the food and softdrinks bar on the other side. A good range of food and drink options. It’s a pleasant place to stay while you wait for your flight, though I do wonder how they manage to make such bad decisions in the meals area(pork ragu carbonara is not a good option when it smells of vomit), but otherwise its a nice relaxing stop. The free WiFi is a great thing across all Qantas lounges.

As you would expect from most lounges, a varied selection of self serve wines, spirits, and juices. The food selection is fairly average and really would improve with heartier options. In saying that, that is saved for first class lounges.

Surprisingly similar to the Sydney International Q Club Lounge, tucked neatly into the extremely well organised Adelaide airport. Hot food choices(Indian veg pilaf & Mexican soup with fresh red and green chilli and sour cream to add in yourself), barista coffee, Seppelts Fleur de Lys bubbles, and Japes Squire Pale Ale on tap. An easy place to spend some time!

As with any home away from home there is the kinda but not really home the Qantas Lounge. Vastly superior to the Virgin in my opinion but I’m just guessing really because I’ve never been to the Virgin one plus there don’t seem to be all that many of them. Hands down food is to be commended here, I had some chicken Hasam pasta like dish that tasted so nice like a home made chicken casserole and best ever beef and prawn with bok choy broth as well, in it was rice and mushroom and all these other very nourishing for a hungry pregnant woman type ingredients as well.(I went back for 2nds) Not as huge as the other cities but is the only one so far with… drumroll please… A Family Zone(aka lil play area for kids)! Always a good idea Qantas!
