The Patch Service Credit Union has it’s pros and cons like most places. It is, of course, insanely busy on payday’s, and they are understaffed as it is. If you ever need assistance with complicated transactions, such as Euro checks, Euro bill pay, or fraudulent claims, you should see either Audrey or Jacob, as they are the most senior tellers on the line and are extremely competent in their knowledge of what needs to be done. If for any reason they cannot assist you, see Sophia the supervisor, she is very knowledgable and can give you a solution quickly. If you are in need of a loan, John Thomas is your man! He will assist you in all of your loan and credit card needs with a smile and good humor.
