Last night we went to a beer tasting at Mon Petit Café and had an amazing time! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy some beers and finger foods in an classy and unique little café setting, the owner is extremely nice and the beer menu is very extensive (pages and pages of craft beers to choose from) I believe he host beer tastings 2 times a month on Fridays. The event last about 3hrs and includes food. Here are a just few pictures of the beers we tried.

This is not just a café, it is a mini photo gallery and has a unique collection of craft beers from all over the world! And they brew their own. The owner is originally from Greece and totally knows what’s up. You’ll feel inspired even if you just have a sip of coffee and bask in the natural light that floods in from the glass wall that is the front of the café.

Had a lovely Frühstück and the best cup of coffee we’ve had since moving to Germany this summer. The owners were great and you can see they take pride in their business. If we lived closer to Stuttgart, we would go all the time!

Hübsches kleines Café in der schönen Küblergasse der Cannstatter Altstadt. Hier sitzt man sowohl draußen als auch drinnen stilvoll, entweder vor historischer Altstadtkulisse oder drinnen im charmanten Industrial-​Chic-​Look. Die Bedienung ist stets der freundlich. Die Preise sind jedoch ziemlich gehoben; für eine Saftschorle kann man schon mal 3,50 € bezahlen. Es gibt eine sehr große Bierauswahl; allerdings sind besondere Biere sehr teuer (bis zu 100 €!). Kaffee trinken zu normalen Preisen und in schöner Atmosphäre kann man hier aber allemal.

Wir waren an einem Montag auf der Suche nach einem netten Café, in dem man auch spät frühstücken oder etwas kleines essen kann. Das Café hat sehr nett ausgesehen, doch wir wurden von der Aussage enttäuscht, dass es nichts, was auf der Karte stand zu essen gäbe, bis auf ein Toastbrot mit Käse/​Schinken Belag. Sein Kollege sei gerade einkaufen — halb 12 ist etwas spät für Einkäufe, wenn das Café selbst schon seit morgens auf hat. Auf die Frage, ob es nicht einmal ein croissant gäbe, meinte der Herr «ja, gleich um die Ecke beim Bäcker. Kann ich Ihnen holen» — Danke, die 1,50 € Aufpreis fürs Holen spare ich mir gerne und gehe direkt beim Bäcker frühstücken.
Der Cappuccino dort war aber ganz gut.
Scheinbar kann man dort auch abends etwas trinken, aber das kann ich nicht beurteilen.

ein café/​bistro zum verweilen. super angenehme, entspannte atmosphere.
leckeren kaffee gibts hier und wenn man mal abwechslung bei den biersorten haben möchte, sollte auf jeden fall hier mal reinschauen. die sorten kommen aus vielen kontinenten.
wenn nicht allzu viel los ist, bekommt man auch eine kleine beratung.
die biere haben aber auch teilweise stolze preise. günstigste liegen bei ca 7 €.
wir kommen gerne wieder und probieren uns mal durch die bierwelt

schönes, sehr gemütliches ambiente im new-​york-​style. zum essen kann ich nicht allzuviel sagen, da die bierkarte geradezu überwältigend ist (ich schätze etwa 250 sorten, hauptsächlich usa); ich musste gleich mal ein pale ale aus new york probieren, das war mit knapp 7 € noch das günstigste auf der karte… schmeckte lecker!

Nice place, when I lived here this was occupied by a different one, I really, really liked but I guess times just change and this one is worth 4 stars also!
Service is good, I ordered a cappuccino and a water, the water came in a little bottle the waiter did not open or pour, well…
The cappuccino was great but tiny .
Lady’s a table over had breakfast and it looked really nice, different breads, jams butter…
The place is small with really high ceilings in the heart of downtown Bad Cannstatt in a little alleyway tucked away but very easy to reach!
In the summer they have tables and chairs outside, the farmers market is just down the way so it’s nice for grabbing a drink, hot or cold after market day.

Sehr schönes, gemütliches und stilvolles Café in der Altstadt von Cannstatt. Morgens bekommt man hier einen tollen Café, mittags eine leckere Kleinigkeit zum Essen und Abends kann man gemütlich ein paar Cocktails trinken. Die Getränkeauswahl ist sehr besonders, ungewöhnlich und daher toll zum Entdecken.
Im Sommer kann man schön draußen vor dem Café sitzen, die Gasse selbst ist auch sehenswert.

This café is very cool. I’ve lived nearby for years, but never realized this place was really worth a visit. They serve nice drinks, it’s very trendy and relaxed, the staff are friendly, and they often serve complimentary snack foods when you’re having a few drinks. It attracts a slightly hip crowd, and it’s normal to see groups of two just there for a drink and a chat. I was there today, and they threw a party — so I think you can even hire the bar out for special functions. They also had a DJ come in. Only downside: they don’t seem to accept plastic of any kind — only cash.

Ich war vor ein paar Wochen zum Frühstück im Mon Petit Café und war sehr begeistert. Ganz tolles Essen (griechischer Joghurt mit kandierten Trauben, mediterranes Frühstück) und leckere Getränke. Das Preisniveau fand ich im Durchschnitt echt ok, einzelne Dinge wie die Milchshakes sind etwas teurer, dafür aber auch alles frisch und sehr lecker und ansprechend zubereitet. Ich werden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder hingehen!
