Pizza Lab

I don’t know where to begin since there are so many things coming together in making this an extraordinary place in the most positive way. Most important: the food, which is sooo unbelievably good! Everything is vegan, organic and freshly made. You can choose from so many options and combinations that it’s hard to get tired of it with that kind of variety.
The people who run the place keep on coming up with ideas and new stuff, not just foodwise but also in terms of events and ways to spend the evening. There is a very creative spirit and the atmosphere is relaxed, cosy and like a little hideaway. I like the openness, the mixture of people and that it’s easy to get talking to other people.
Besides that I love the concept of bringing chemistry and food together in this way. The prices are very affordable, especially when one keeps in mind that everything is organic and high quality food. You really get the feeling that it’s not so much about the profit and that it’s a rather prosocial approach. The team is warmly, inspiring, always up for a chat + a joke and they make you feel very welcome. I’m so grateful for this place!
Well, I’m in love with Pizza Lab!

Uff wo fange ich an?! Pizza Lab ist ein sehr, sehr alternativer Laden. Nichts für Menschen mit Hygeniefimmel und Ordnungswahn. Die Location ist eher ein etwas unaufgeräumtes Wohnzimmer mit Krümeln und Kleckerflecken. Kurzum die Location ist Mist.
Aber das Essen… Leute, das Essen ist der Hammer!!! Man kann bei der Pizza zwischen minimalistisch (Tomate und veganer Käse), Zutaten selber bestimmen und dem Pizza-​Experiment der Woche wählen. Den Boden der Pizza gibts in dick oder dünn (Weizen, Dinkel oder glutenfrei). Die Auswahl an Pizzabelag zum selber kombinieren ist ausreichend groß und frisch. Die Zubereitung dauert nicht allzu lang und die angebotenen Getränke sind gekühlt. Die Pizza hat mich wirklich überzeugt — zum Reinlegen! Sehr geil, wirklich. Aber das Ambiente. Wie gesagt… sehr alternativ. Beim nächsten Mal nehm ich die Pizza einfach mit raus. Take-​away ist kein Problem.

In authentischer Anarcho-​Einrichtung gibt es hier leckere Pizzen — noch dazu vegan!
Bisher wohl (noch) ein echter Geheimtipp.
