Wäscherei Fix & Fertig

I understand that «fix und fertig» means something like «I’m knackered» in German, so I’m not sure how that fits with this small cleaners, but my experience with them has been nothing but great.
The shop is pretty small, and it’s dominated by a few massive tablecloth presses (I think they do laundry for a lot of nearby restaurants), but they also handle washing and pressing for consumers, and they’re super-​friendly.
I’ve mostly dropped off dress shirts for washing and ironing, and I’ve dropped off a few sweaters for dry cleaning. The prices are very reasonable (I think 1.20 € per shirt, 3.50 € per sweater), and I’ve never waited more than two days for pickup.
Make sure you hang on to your ticket; they don’t always take my name, and I would hate to have to prove that the shirts are mine.

Gelegentliche verspätete Fertigstellung trübt das Gesamtbild ein wenig. Ansonsten aber beim Hemden waschen und bügeln eine echte Alternative. Dazu kostengünstig. Personal sehr freundlich.
