Die Brötchen sind nicht gut, bis auf eine Sorte, die aber auch fast € 1,– kostet.
Das Brot ist auch nicht besonders.
In Kürze eröffnet nebenan Gaues, das ist die gute Nachricht.

What this location has going for it is convenience. It’s in the same building as an Edeka and dm-​drogerie markt, so you can cover all 3 within 20 feet of each other (Dallmeyers is an Edeka brand, so it’s not entirely surprising that they’re co-​located). I also happen to live in the same building, which multiplies that convenience by 10.
What it doesn’t have going for it, however, are friendly service, reasonable prices, or good bread.
The folks working the counter never seem terribly thrilled to be there or see a customer walk in. There’s a lot of foot traffic in the space since you can reach the other 2 stores through it, so maybe that’s made them somewhat indifferent to people around them.
Combined with the high prices and lack of good bread options (i.e., something other than dense, dark loaves with no crust), I’ll gladly go down the street to Junge die Bäkerei instead. The pastries here are decent, though, so that’s always a possibility if you’d like something quick after a stop at Edeka or dm.
