Best Western Premier Hotel Domicil

«Methinks not» is an understatement. The staff here was so rude that there was a permanent cloud hanging over our heads during the time we spent in Bonn. They were condescending, rude, mean and completely inhospitable. Never in my life have I experienced such a rude staff at a hotel, and I have stayed at some very seedy places in my life.
This is supposed to be a four star hotel. By German standards, that means one star less than the best, so one might have high hopes, especially when a single room is 185 Euros a night.
The hotel itself is pretty with a great location, and the Frühstück was really delicious with a great variety of choices, but those two items were not enough to wipe the sour taste from our mouths while staying there. Had there been an option to transfer our reservations to another hotel, we would have, but they were the last hotel in town with any open rooms.
