It looks really cute with the owners dressed up in vintage outfits. Unfortunately we found the concept of what they offer bit misleading and we didn’t receive much help with that. We didn’t get to sit there eventually.

I had been here in the fall and loved it! Such a cute ambiance and retro look. The owner was dressed up retro as well and very nice, speaking German, English and Spanish(we didn’t know Portuguese so I am assuming she would speak Portuguese as well). I think we just bought some pastries to go and I had a great memory of it. Last weekend went again for breakfast and was quite shocked… my fault I guess for not reading that my 17 Euro breakfast was just some fruit and veggie slices and 2 bread slices and a small flaky roll with spreads. The Portuguese coffee, the galao, was good. My Portuguese friend felt that this was the only Portuguese item in the place. Sorry to give it a picky review but the prices for the breakfast were ridiculous(mine probably cost 5 – 6 Euro max to buy myself), and it was unfortunately not very Portuguese if you really are looking for that. The cute atmosphere and vegan baked goods are a draw. Maybe the lunch foods which were under 5 Euros for a bowl(on the daily menu board) would be better. Service(different person than the first visit) was friendly with everyone: kids and parents were cozy, individuals and couples trickled in for take out coffee and baked goods and were served before us since ours needed kitchen service and there was only one staff.

I was traveling through Berlin with my Portuguese friend + happened to stumble upon this place. It was so lovely! Great imports from Portugal + locally made pastries + food. The shop owner came out and chatted with us for a bit about life in Berlin vs Portugal. She was quite sweet + the food was fantastic. Definitely a nice place to grab lunch, coffee, or just a glass of wine

There are lots of great cafes around Reichenberger Strasse, but this one stands out for its great selection of cakes and snacks, baked onsite, with quite a lot of vegan and gluten-free options.
